By booking an appointment or purchasing a service at KAYU Aesthetics and Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website or premises.
1.2 Eligibility
Services are available to clients aged 18 years and over. Minors may receive certain treatments with written consent from a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult during the appointment.
1.3 Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving treatments. KAYU Aesthetics and Wellness is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed information.
2. Appointments and Consultations
2.1 Booking
Appointments at KAYU Aesthetics and Wellness can be made via our website, phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
2.3 Late Arrivals
We advise you to come early on your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure that subsequent clients are not delayed. The full-service fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.
3. Treatments and Payments
Payments
All treatments offered are subject to individual suitability, which will be assessed during your consultation. Full payment is required at the time of booking or immediately following your treatment. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and any promotional offers are limited to the duration specified.
3.2 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any completed treatments. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns.
3.3 Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
4. Products and Retail Purchases
Product Guarantee
We offer premium products to ensure the best results for our clients. If a product is found to be faulty or damaged, please return it within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Retail Return Policy
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a store credit. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting the personal information you provide us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Limitation of Liability
KAYU Aesthetics and Wellness strives to ensure the highest standards in all services provided. However, we cannot be held liable for any adverse outcomes or reactions resulting from treatments. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies during the consultation.
KAYU Aesthetics and Wellness Spa is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income, or emotional distress.
Insurance: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for any treatments received, if applicable.
7. Client Conduct
Behavior
We aim to create a relaxing and respectful environment. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.
Personal Belongings
KAYU Aesthetics and Wellness is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables safe during your visit.
8. Changes to Services and Pricing
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. We will do our best to inform clients of significant changes.
Pricing
Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking or purchase will be honored.
