Jillyka is the oldest of the three sisters and is the brains behind KAYU. Her inspiration for KAYU Aesthetics started when she could not find an aesthetics clinic that deeply understands and knows how to address her skin type and concerns in a welcoming environment that made her feel comfortable. Her past experiences with other clinics have felt impersonal and transactional and lacked the premium care and service at an accessible price. She then dedicated all her time and energy, with the help of her sisters, to creating a sanctuary where everyone feels understood, respected, and empowered in their skincare journey.
In addition to her training in lasers, medical aesthetics and advanced skincare, she leverages her strong academic background in science and business to promote a client-centric mindset at KAYU, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every person that walks in.
When she is not working at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her 3 cats (Roku, Momo, and Bumi) and loves trying out new restaurants and traveling the world with her husband Raffy.
JILLYKA
meet the sisters
Sheska is the middle sister and has been the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our services stay top-notch. She is the type of person who gets things done and you can always count on her to find solutions to problems and to turn ideas into reality. Her knowledge and experience in patient care is vital in providing the best experience for our clients, listening to their needs, and making them feel comfortable. She inspires the KAYU team with her positivity and engaging charisma and her zest for life and infectious enthusiasm draws people to her.
As a Certified Medical Aesthetician and someone who struggled in the past with acne, she understands how the right skin treatments and products can improve the lives of people and have a positive impact on their wellbeing. She is passionate about building relationships, educating others about their skin and how to best take care of it, and learning and growing every day.
Outside of KAYU, she loves meditating and hanging out with her 12-year-old son Matthan and cat Gingy. She takes pride in sharing with others the joy of being a mother and that taking care of herself is an essential part of being a great mom.

Shaira, the youngest sister, has infused KAYU with vibrancy. As the life of the party, she consistently radiates creativity and positive energy. Her natural ability to uplift others and boost morale is crucial for the KAYU team. Shaira embodies tranquility and peace, aligning perfectly with KAYU's vision. With her, you can always expect laughter and engaging conversations.
Her leadership and management experience in customer service are pivotal for developing KAYU’s Customer Experience program. She meticulously ensures that each client feels comfortable and that their needs are met, often going above and beyond in her assistance.
Shaira has struggled with uneven texture and dull skin throughout her life. However, through her commitment to physical and mental well-being and effective skin treatments, her complexion now radiates with a healthy glow. She understands the significance of a consistent skincare routine and believes that mindfulness regarding body and mental health greatly enhances overall skin health.
Rain or shine, Shaira loves being outdoors. Her favorite activities include dancing and going to the gym, but nothing surpasses her joy in spending time with her three cats: Roshi, Katara, and Suki. She even enjoys taking them on walks and picnics.
