Membership Commitment: A 12-month commitment is required.
Restrictions Apply: Select treatments only; please inquire for details.
Health & Safety Considerations: Some treatments may have limitations based on individual medical conditions or contraindications. Clients must disclose medical history to ensure safe and suitable recommendations. Your safety is our priority.
Discounts: Not applicable to packages, IV Treatments and Injectables. Applicable only to other regular-priced services and products.
Combining Offers: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or special pricing.
Payment Redemption: Monthly payments redeemed toward neuromodulators are capped at three (3) times per year.
Gift Treatments: Gifting of treatments is allowed per membership guidelines (e.g., one per year for Sage, 2 for Pearl, and 3 for Gold). Recipients must be different individuals.
Unused Services: Treatments included in the membership must be redeemed within the month they are offered. However, as a courtesy, unused services may roll over for up to two months in cases such as vacations or other valid reasons. Rollovers are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations: By enrolling in a KAYU membership, you commit to a 12-month term. Early cancellations will result in continued billing until the completion of the 12-month term, regardless of usage. Any benefits associated with the membership will be forfeited upon early termination.
Renewals: Members will be notified 1-2 months before their 12-month membership term ends to confirm renewal. Clients will have a designated time to confirm their renewal, ensuring their spot is secured. If the renewal is not confirmed within the provided timeframe, the spot may be offered to other clients.
Refunds: Membership fee is non-refundable. Any credit accumulated through the membership is non-refundable and can only be applied toward eligible treatments as specified in these terms.
