1. Membership Commitment
The Member agrees to a 12-month membership commitment. Early cancellations are not permitted except in extenuating circumstances, such as medical conditions or relocation, which require supporting documentation. The Clinic reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.
2. Membership Benefits and Restrictions - Membership Benefits: Members enjoy a personalized skincare experience, including access to select treatments (e.g., facials, laser treatments), discounts on products and services, exclusive credits, priority booking, and invitations to member-only events. Membership benefits are valid for the duration of the membership term, non-transferable, and apply only to select treatments. For a detailed list of eligible treatments, please contact the Clinic.
- Health & Safety: Treatments are subject to health and safety considerations. Some treatments may not be suitable based on individual medical conditions or contraindications. Members must disclose all relevant medical history and current health conditions before treatments. The Clinic reserves the right to deny treatments deemed unsafe for the Member.
- Discounts: Membership discounts apply only to regular-priced services and products. They do not apply to packages, IV treatments, or injectables.
- Combining Offers: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, special pricing, or offers.
3. Membership Fees and Billing
- Recurring Payments: Members may choose monthly billing or pay the annual fee upfront. Monthly billing will occur on the sign-up date, unless a preferred date is specified at sign-up. Membership credits are issued upon successful receipt of payment each month.
- Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable, including for periods when the Member does not use their benefits.
4. Renewals
Members will be notified 1-2 months before the end of their 12-month term to confirm renewal.
Members must confirm renewal within the designated timeframe to secure their spot. If renewal is not confirmed, the membership spot may be offered to other clients.
5. Unused Services
Treatments included in the membership must be redeemed within the month they are offered.
As a courtesy, unused services may roll over for up to two (2) months in cases such as vacations or other valid reasons. To request a rollover, the Member must contact the Clinic at least five (5) business days before the month ends. Approval is subject to management discretion, is not guaranteed, and may incur a small administrative fee.
6. Membership Cancellation
By enrolling, the Member commits to a 12-month term. Early cancellations are not allowed, and any benefits associated with the membership will be forfeited upon early termination.
7. Appointment Cancelation and No-Show Policy
The Clinic’s cancellation policy applies to all treatments booked through the membership.
If a Member cancels or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice or fails to attend an appointment, they will be charged 50% of the service fee or will forfeit that month’s treatment.
